Our Elite Service offers you a 3 year warranty on any work we carry out and your warranty will be documented and you will receive a copy with your machine on return after works are complete
Your applaince will be given a 2nd ID (Serial No.) in addition to the original serial no. This is also your works order no. (Job no.) and will remain on file for easy traceability throughout the duration of the life of your appliance.
Your warranty will be voided if you do not run your machine at the recommended speeds, you abuse the ability of your machine or overload it. The warranty will also be voided in the event of attempt to self repair in the unlikely event of failure. The warranty does not cover paint chips, scratches, broken bowls, outlet covers or other removable parts or wear and tear. The warranty is purely for mechanical and electrical breakdown and it doesn't cover any broken parts. It also does not cover secondhand attachments, only refurbished attachments. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the workshop should your appliance unlikely fail. In this instance, you only pay for shipping and broken parts unless otherwise stated and all labour time to repair your appliance will be free of charge.
Your warranty will be down graded to either 3, 6 or 12 months if you use your machine within a commercial or industrial environment without notifying the engineer on placing your order.
Should you send a machine for reconditioning and the pinion or planetary gears are plastic. You will be offered an upgrade to metal and should you opt out of this offer, your gearbox will not be covered within the warranty but repairs on failure will be free providing the customer pays the shipping costs.
Warranty extension is available to 5 years for £29.99. This must be added to your work sheet at time of order but will not be charged until work to your appliance is complete and will be added to your final invoice. Please ask for this at the time of placing your order.
